Small game hunting at the outfitter’s

The numerous types of habitats at the outfitter allows for great species diversity for small game. You can thus go for:

• Woodcock hunting
• Ruffed grouse (partridge) hunting
• Canadian grouse hunting
• Hare hunting

Those who want to try a new experience can reserve the services of a hunting guide with his dog. For regulars, hunting is done by going through the trails and you can bring your dog.

Black bear hunting

If you want to experience hunting the black bear in Quebec, La Seigneurie du Triton offers spring hunting from mid May to mid June. Hunting grounds are prepared with care: Bait is laid out and observation towers are set up to reduce the risk that the bear detects the presence of the hunters. Custom packages are also available.

Black bear hunting in an historic territory

In addition to enjoying the reception, accommodation and historical know-how in place since 1893, this great hunting and fishing club welcomes you to enjoy hunting black bear.

You’ll hunt on an exclusive territory of 50 km2, accessible by boat from the lodge.

La Seigneurie duTriton received the mandate to manage this scarcely exploited portion in an exceptional territory, giving you the chance to harvest your trophy bear.

How this hunt is conducted

The hunting is done in the morning, and in the late afternoon until late evening. Your adventure tour is under the supervision of our professional guide who will ensure quality hunting and will implement all his bait secrets for the success of your hunt.

The rest of the day you will enjoy outdoor activities and brook trout fishing at la Seigneurie du Triton.

Access to the hunting zone will be provided from La Seigneurie du Triton with your guide’s boat. He will manage a team of a maximum of two hunters. Each hunter will have the opportunity to hunt on at least two baited sites to harvest its so desired trophy. Each site is in harmony with nature and the baits are biodegradable and safe for the environment.

The package does not include:

• Hunting license
• Bear gutting
• Bear registration
• Weapons and ammunition (you can rent)
• Your drinks
• Gratuities

Any animal shot and wounded will be considered as killed
